Hertha BSC sign Anderson Lucoqui

Hertha BSC have signed Anderson Lucoqui from FSV Mainz 05, with the 26-year-old signing a one-year contract. “We are pleased that Anderson has decided to join Hertha BSC. With his athleticism, his speed and his mentality, he increases our options in defence,” said Benjamin Weber.

Lucoqui himself is keen to get underway: “Hertha is a big club, a club absolutely steeped in tradition. I am proud to now be a part of this and will give everything in every training session and every game to contribute to a successful season,” said the new signing, who will take the number 21.
