Lukas Klünter suffers shoulder injury

Some more unfortunate injury news: head coach Pál Dárdai must now contend without Lucas Klünter as well as Jordan Torunarigha in the coming weeks after the 25-year-old picked up a shoulder injury during Sunday’s away victory at VfL Bochum which will require surgery. This means that the defender will be absent from the squad for some time.

Klünter, who has been at Hertha since the summer of 2018, has made three appearances for the Blue-Whites so far this season, and overall he has featured 49 times for our club in the league and cup, also chipping in with two assists.
