Membership FAQs
An existing membership cannot be transferred to another person.
There a wide range of benefits as a member. You can receive discounts on tickets in certain areas of the stadiums, take advantage of member matchdays, get 10% off merchandise and off a season ticket. You also get priority for away tickets and season tickets, different entrances to the stadium, a Hertha BSC certificate and the right to vote and have a say at the members’ meeting. Other benefits include a newsletter, an anniversary pin and special offers at our partner companies.
Your welcome letter will usually be sent within eight to ten days of your application. Final admission to the club requires approval from the board.
You can apply online under the 'Become a member' section of our website. There are also application forms in our official fan shops and in Berlin branches of Volksbank.
The membership fee for adults between the ages of 18 and 64 is just €7 per month (€84 per year).
Membership is free for kids under the age of six. Membership of the Kids Club costs €2.50 per month (€30 annually) for those between the ages of 6 and 13, while those between the ages of 14 and 18 belong to our U18 Team with membership costing €3.50 per month (€42 annually). Pensioners pay a reduced rate of just €5 per month (€60 per year).
There are no reduced fees for new members.

Hertha BSC membership is open to all ages. Even new-born babies can become Herthaner!
Fill out the online application using the name and address of the new member.
You must then enter your own name in the space for additional address information (the ‘Adresszusatz’ field), e.g. ‘application by Bloggs’.
In the 'Sonstiges' (‘other’) field, you should write that the membership is a gift and provide your telephone number in case we have further questions. Our member care team are available to help and can be reached by calling +49 30-300 928 521. Opening hours are 09:00 to 17:00 CET, Monday to Friday.
Herthaner can join us at any time of the year. We look forward to your application!
According to §7, paragraph 2 of the club’s charter, a termination must be requested in writing at least six weeks prior to the end of the business quarter.
Every new member receives a welcome letter with a personalised certificate, badge and member’s ID.
If you manage to recruit a new paying member then we will give you both a voucher as a thank you! The voucher will be worth €12.50 and will be valid in our fan shops. The new member simply has to fill out their application form and give the name and membership number of the person who referred them.
